Of the 1,020,134 passengers, 585,607 embarked or disembarked at Barcelona, while 434,527 were in transit.

Comparable pre-COVID figures for the first seven months of 2019 were 1,635,772, with 915,000 starting or terminating at Barcelona and 720,000 in transit.
