DJ Alle Farben takes to the stage as part of the festivities
AIDAcosma’s first ever sailing to Dubai took place November 17, also heralding the start of Dubai Harbour’s 2022-23 cruise season.
To mark the occasion, official representatives from Dubai Port Authorities, Inchcape Shipping and Dubai Cruise Terminal embarked the vessel for the traditional plaque exchange, with Capt. Tommy Möller and GM Nicolas Goelen welcoming guests for the ceremony plus a tour of the ship.

Music from Berlin DJ Alle Farben, dance workshops and a light show were among the list of entertainments kicking off AIDAcosma’s season in the Arabian peninsula – one of the most popular regions for the German cruise market in winter. The ship will operate cruises from Dubai until mid-April 2023.
A stragetic partnership was formed in 2018 between Carnival Corp. & plc and Shamal Holding to develop Dubai into a premier maritime tourism hub.
