1. NAVIGATION AND CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

9. METEOROLOGICAL RESTRICTIONS

    • 25kt for container ops
    • 30kt for bulk carriers
    • 15kt for liquid transfers
  • Typhoon Procedures:
    • Stage 1 (Signal #3): Secure cargo
    • Stage 2 (Signal #8): Evacuate non-essential personnel

10. CREW WELFARE & SHORE SERVICES
