Critical Operational Notices:
1. Underkeel Clearance (UKC) Requirements:
– General cargo: 10% of draft or 1.0m (greater)
– Oil/LNG carriers: 15% of draft or 2.0m (greater)
– Container ships: 12% of draft or 1.5m (greater)
2. Mooring Line Requirements:
– Minimum MBL: 125% of OCIMF MEG4 requirements
– All lines must be equally tensioned (±5%)

Environmental Restrictions:
1. Emission Control Area (ECA) Compliance:
– Mandatory 0.1% sulfur fuel within 12nm
– Shore power preferred for vessels >5,000GT
2. Ballast Water Management:
– Must comply with China MSA Notice 2021-03
– All vessels must submit BWMP prior arrival
3. Waste Handling:
– Zero discharge policy for all hazardous waste
– Mandatory use of licensed waste contractors

Navigation Warnings:
1. Currents can reach 3.5 knots during spring tides
2. Fog occurs approximately 48 days/year (visibility <1km)
