A temporary loading and unloading facility has been established at Cha Kwo Ling [and] will operate for a period of approximately 14 months.
One dumb lighter and one tug will berth at the facility within the operation area bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D) and the adjacent shoreline for loading and unloading operation:
(A) 22° 18.201’N 114° 13.461’E
(B) 22° 18.166’N 114° 13.416’E
(C) 22° 18.197’N 114° 13.389’E
(D) 22° 18.231’N 114° 13.434’E
The hours of operation will be from 0700 hours to 1900 hours. No works will be carried out on Sundays and public holidays. Vessels employed for the operation will not stay in the operation area outside the hours of work.
