1. Vessel-Related Charges (Mandatory)

2. Safety & Environmental Charges
– Oil Boom Deployment:
– Standard deployment: 50,000 JPY
– Extended use: 10,000 JPY/hour
– Emergency deployment: +30% surcharge
– Fire Service:
– Standby: 30,000 JPY/hour (Hazmat cargo)
– Actual firefighting: 500,000 JPY initial + 200,000 JPY/hour
– Waste Management:
– Garbage: 15,000 JPY/m³ (MARPOL compliant)
– Oily water: 25,000 JPY/m³
– Sewage: 20,000 JPY/m³
3. Cargo Operations
– Container Handling:
– 20′ DC: 5,000 JPY
– 40′ DC/HC: 8,000 JPY
– Reefer plug: 2,000 JPY/hour
– Bulk Cargo:
– Loading/unloading: 1,500 JPY/ton
– Trimming: 2,000 JPY/ton
– Sampling: 10,000 JPY/lot
4. Passenger Services
– Cruise Ship Charges:
– Port fee: 200 JPY/passenger
– Waste handling: 300 JPY/passenger/day
– Security surcharge: 50,000 JPY/call
5. Operational Best Practices
– Bunkering:
– Advance notice: 72 hours for >500 tons
– Sampling: Mandatory for quality check (5,000 JPY/test)
– Crew Changes:
– Immigration processing: 8,000 JPY/person
– Required documents: CDC, passport, vaccination cert
