– Tonnage Dues:
– ¥150 per GT for vessels under 10,000 GT
– ¥120 per GT for vessels 10,000-30,000 GT
– ¥100 per GT for vessels over 30,000 GT

– Port Dues:
– Entry fee: ¥80 per GT
– Daily stay fee: ¥20 per GT
– 10% discount for vessels making >12 calls/year

– Basic fee: ¥5,000 per meter of LOA
– Minimum charge: ¥200,000 (applies to vessels <100m)
– Additional 20% for night operations (2000-0600)

2. Cargo Handling Charges
– General Cargo:
– Loading/unloading: ¥1,200/ton
– Heavy lift (>5ton): ¥2,500/ton
– Dangerous goods: +30% surcharge
– Container Operations:

– 40′ dry: ¥12,000
– Reefer: +¥3,000 per box

3. Environmental Services
– Waste Disposal:
– Food waste: ¥15,000/m³
– Operational waste: ¥25,000/m³
– Hazardous waste: ¥50,000/m³
