1. Vessel-Related Charges

– Pilotage (Shifting) Fees: Mandatory for vessels >500 GT, fee schedule per Osaka Bay Pilot Association.
– Tugboat Charges: Hourly rate (¥85,000-¥120,000) or per operation, based on tugboat horsepower (2024 rate card).
– Berthage Fees: Daily rate (¥15,000-¥75,000) by vessel length and berth type (General/Chemical/Container).
– Mooring/Unmooring Fees: Fixed fee (¥25,000 per operation) per Port Operations Manual.

4. Additional Charges
– Domestic Passenger Fee: ¥150/pax (Ministry of Transport Ordinance 37).
