As verbally advised by the Jebel Ali Port Immigration, presenting a PCR test and vaccination certificate is no longer required for both on- and off-signing crew, as well as for attending personnel coming from abroad for crew changes or onboard attendance.
Further, some countries / airlines demand a crew PCR test result in addition to vaccination certificate prior to arrival or leaving Dubai, UAE.
