1. VESSEL-RELATED CHARGES (MANDATORY)

– Lighterage:

• Outer anchorage: JPY 4,500-12,000/ton

5. SPECIALIZED OPERATIONS

– Heavy Lift:

• 50-100T: +25% base rate

• >100T: +40% base rate

– Dangerous Goods:

• Class 1-3: +30%

• Class 4-9: +20%

– Reefer Monitoring:

• Power connection: JPY 6,000/day

• Temperature checks: JPY 3,000/check
