On July 14, the General Administration of Customs released data showing that in the first half of this year, China’s total import and export of goods trade reached 21.79 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.9%. Exports amounted to 13 trillion yuan, up 7.2%, while imports totaled 8.79 trillion yuan, down 2.7%.
