On July 11, 2025, Beibu Gulf Port Fangchenggang Terminal Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to appoint integrity supervisors, aiming to further strengthen corporate integrity construction, reinforce integrity safeguards, and provide solid support for the company’s high-quality development.

At the meeting, Wu Jungui, Party Committee Member and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Fangchenggang Terminal, detailed the responsibilities of integrity supervisors and clarified their roles and tasks in corporate integrity construction. Subsequently, Hou Zheng, Party Committee Secretary of Fangchenggang Terminal, and Wu Jungui jointly presented appointment letters to the integrity supervisors and gifted them books on integrity, encouraging them to uphold their mission and fulfill their duties diligently.

Hou Zheng, Party Committee Secretary and General Manager of Beibu Gulf Port Fangchenggang Terminal Co., Ltd., expressed four expectations for the integrity supervisors during the meeting: First, to reach a consensus and earnestly enhance their sense of responsibility and mission in integrity supervision; second, to conscientiously perform their duties and actively play their supervisory role; third, to establish a strong personal reputation, embodying the principle that “to forge iron, one must be strong oneself”; and fourth, to strengthen organizational leadership to ensure robust support for the supervisors’ work.

Shao Jie, a representative of the integrity supervisors from the CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company Fangchenggang Yuwang Terminal Project Department, delivered a speech. He stated that all integrity supervisors would proactively promote policies, rules, and regulations related to Party conduct and integrity, disseminating integrity knowledge through various means to embed integrity values deeply within the company and foster a culture of integrity among partners. Additionally, they would promptly and accurately report issues related to employees’ integrity in their work, uphold fairness and impartiality, dare to supervise, and excel in supervision, never tolerating any misconduct, thereby contributing to the company’s integrity efforts. Furthermore, they would closely monitor challenges and key issues in business operations and production, actively listen to stakeholders, and promptly report difficulties and problems to help the company optimize management and improve operations. They would also proactively identify shortcomings in supervision and propose constructive suggestions to enhance the supervision system and integrity risk prevention, ensuring the realization of the slogan “Building an Integrity Harbor, Creating Quality Projects.”

The convening of this meeting further improved Fangchenggang Terminal’s integrity supervision mechanism, laying a solid foundation for the company’s sustainable and healthy development. It also strengthened communication between the owner and project departments, providing a strong basis for future work.
