An initial introductory meeting on Wednesday, September 10 and a day of interviews on Tuesday, October 7, with the goal of hiring approximately 150 new resources
Ravenna – The Ravenna employment center has been chosen for the new stage of Gnv’s 2025 national hiring campaign. The ferry company, part of the Msc group, is collaborating with Sviluppo Lavoro Italia to strengthen its workforce and guarantee the highest level of service. The Ravenna stage includes an initial introductory meeting on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 14:30, with a presentation of job opportunities on the ships, “Working while sailing: join Gnv,” which will allow interested parties to discover the company, life on board, and the many potential career and training paths within the Company. It will also be an opportunity to outline the process, required qualifications, and application methods. In the days following the first meeting, the Ravenna employment center will then pre-screen the applications received. Candidates deemed suitable for the positions being sought will be summoned to the recruiting day scheduled for Tuesday, October 7, to undergo an introductory and selection interview with Gnv recruiters at the Ravenna employment center itself, at via Teodorico 21. Registration for the October 7 selection day will officially open on September 10, according to the methods that will be announced during the first introductory meeting.
At the Ravenna recruiting day, Gnv is looking for approximately 150 people with different levels of professionalism: from hotel management and administration staff to engine room personnel.
