Subsea Global Solutions has appointed Harun Duzgoren as Chief Executive Officer. Paul Peters, who had been leading the company, will transition into the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Americas.
Subsea Global Solutions has named Harun Duzgoren as its new Chief Executive Officer, bringing him back to the company after his tenure as Regional CEO for the Americas at Inchcape Shipping Services. The announcement shows the company’s push to strengthen leadership as demand for underwater repair and maintenance grows worldwide.
Duzgoren has more than 25 years of international experience in the marine services industry. His career has spanned executive roles across multiple continents and six private equity-backed firms. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Subsea Global, where he played a central role in driving international growth and enhancing its commercial offering. Before his first period at the company, he spent 16 years at V.Group, where he held senior positions that focused on global and regional expansion.

As part of the leadership transition, Paul Peters, who had been serving as CEO, will take on the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Americas. Captain Satnam Kumar will continue as Chief Operating Officer for Asia-Pacific and Europe.
