Prince Rupert Ground Search and Rescue (PRGSAR) has received a $5,000 donation from Trigon Terminals to support its Member-In-Training program. The funding will help purchase essential equipment for new search and rescue volunteers, strengthening the team’s readiness for future emergencies. PRGSAR, an all-volunteer organization, said the contribution is a vital investment in community safety, ensuring members are equipped from day one. “We rely on this type of support to be ready whenever our community needs us,” the group noted in thanking Trigon for its partnership.
