ANT Logístics, a company belonging to Transcoma Grupo Empresarial, has taken a new step in its growth and consolidation strategy with the acquisition of its warehouse in San Roque (Cádiz), thereby strengthening its position in one of the most strategic logistics enclaves in southern Europe.

The facility has a total surface area of 5,411 m², which allows the company to continue expanding its operational capabilities and respond with greater agility to the storage, distribution, and customs management needs of its clients.

This operation is part of the group’s consolidation strategy in key areas of logistical interest, with the aim of strengthening the infrastructure network and enhancing the quality of services offered in an increasingly demanding market.

Thanks to its strategic location, close to the Port of Algeciras and kilometers from Gibraltar, ANT Logística with this seeks to establish itself as a reference operator in the area, maintaining a notable agility and efficiency in the management of logistics and customs operations. All of this reinforces the company’s ability to offer fast, flexible, and secure solutions to the demands of international trade.

“The acquisition of this warehouse is a milestone for ANT, as it strengthens our presence in the Algeciras area and reflects the group’s consolidation strategy in points of special logistical relevance. All of this allows us to continue offering our clients agile, secure, and tailored logistics solutions,” said Francisco Gómez, Director of ANT Logística.

This step not only represents an advance for ANT Logística, but also for the entire Transcoma Grupo Empresarial, reaffirming the shared commitment to continue growing in a sustainable, innovative, and forward-looking manner.
