The First Port Department of Tzelepi of the Central Port Authority of Piraeus was informed that a 68-year-old foreign passenger (U.S. national) of a cruise ship (C/Z) under the flag of Panama, died on board the vessel.
Her death was confirmed by the ship’s doctor. The Port Authority of Tzelepi, which is conducting the preliminary investigation, has ordered an autopsy to be performed at the Medical Examiner’s Service of Piraeus.
