The Fesco Transport Group transported 12,500 TEU between January and September 2025 on its Fesco Indian Line West (FIL-W) sea service, which connects India, the United Arab Emirates, and Novorossiysk. This represents a 9% increase compared to the same period the previous year.

Import shipments totaled 7,500 TEU, while export shipments accounted for 5,000 TEU.

The FIL-W sea line directly connects the largest logistics ports in the region, such as Nava Sheva and Mundra in India, as well as Jebel Ali in the United Arab Emirates. Three container vessels with a combined capacity of over 3,000 TEU operate on the route.

The average transit time for the FIL-W service is 17 days. Vessels depart every two weeks, ensuring stable and predictable shipments.

Through partner feeder services, the FIL-W route is connected to other key ports: Kolkata, Tuticorin, Chennai (India), Chattogram (Bangladesh), Karachi (Pakistan), Colombo (Sri Lanka), Shuwaikh (Kuwait), Hamad (Qatar), Sohar (Oman), Dammam (Saudi Arabia), and Bahrain.

Furthermore, at the end of 2024, Fesco connected the FIL-W via Jebel Ali through a feeder service with the largest East African port, Mombasa (Kenya), and, in June of this year, with the Port of Durban (South Africa).

Imports mainly include construction and finishing materials, chemicals, plastics, rubber products, food, and pharmaceutical products, including those transported in refrigerated containers. Exports are still dominated by wood products, paper, metal products, and agricultural products.
