The 12th International Congress on the liquefied natural gas market, LNG (LNGCON) 2026, will be held next spring (or almost). This year’s edition will be held from March 9 to 10 in Barcelona. The event is organized by BGS Group, a Dutch company specialized in energy and chemical-pharmaceutical conferencing.

LNGCON 2026 is a closed-door business platform that brings together decision-makers from the entire LNG supply chain to exchange views and present industry innovations.
Over 390 delegates are expected, with confirmed representation from the companies BP, Repsol, KBR, Moeve, EXMAR, Baleària, Elengy, GIE, Linde Engineering and others, including gas majors, EPC, regulatory bodies, terminal operators, shipowners and technology suppliers.
What will be discussed? Mainly the role of bio-LNG in industrial decarbonization, maritime transport and mobility. But also LNG infrastructure for heavy transport; BOG compression technologies for refueling and bunkering; ISO containers and virtual pipelines in mid-scale LNG; floating regasification as a net-zero emissions solution.
The attendees will consist of CEOs, executive vice presidents, commercial directors in the liquefied natural gas sector, department heads, business developers and project managers.
