On November 3, the Xigang District Ship Technology Industrial Park and the Ship Technology Industrial Shared Service Center, jointly established by Xigang District of Dalian and China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC) Dalian Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., was officially inaugurated. Yang Haisan, Secretary of the Xigang District Committee, and Han Dongwang, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Dalian Shipbuilding, attended the ceremony and unveiled the plaque for the park. Lin Mu, Deputy Secretary of the Xigang District Committee and District Mayor, Chang Shengqiang, Standing Committee Member of the District Committee and Deputy District Mayor, Cai Xueshi, Standing Committee Member of the District Committee and Deputy District Mayor, as well as Bai Mu, Ding Yi, Lin Jiming, leaders from Dalian Shipbuilding, and representatives from various enterprises attended the ceremony.
The park’s construction is guided by the principles of “technology-led, green and intelligent, service-enabled,” focusing on the productive service sectors such as offshore equipment supporting industries, supply chain management, digital technology, green ship technology, and intelligent systems. To provide precise services for the入驻 enterprises, the park innovatively integrates government and market resources, offering a comprehensive “nanny-style” service system covering 13 dimensions, including labor rights protection, high-end talent recognition, medical green channels, employee child care services, and free legal consultations. This enables入驻 enterprises to “handle affairs without leaving their offices” and “develop without concerns.”
The shipbuilding and offshore equipment industry is a traditional strength and foundation of Dalian. As a shining name card of Dalian’s industry, Dalian Shipbuilding adheres to the development direction of intelligentization, greening, and integration, continuously promotes the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation, and fully leverages its leading and demonstrative role. Currently, the park’s investment attraction has achieved initial success, having successfully introduced the first batch of over 20 upstream and downstream supporting enterprises, covering multiple key areas such as ship supporting services, digital technology applications, and green intelligent solutions.
In the future, Dalian Shipbuilding, as the co-builder of the park and a core enterprise in the industrial chain, will leverage its own advantages in market, technology, and management to attract high-quality upstream and downstream supporting enterprises to gather. It aims to build an industrial ecosystem characterized by “leading enterprise drive, chain extension, and cluster advancement,” establishing the park as a domestically leading innovation highland for the ship and marine equipment industry, contributing to the local economy and the building of a strong maritime nation.
