The Hellenic Management Centre (HMC) is pleased to announce its collaboration with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to offer the CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management & Leadership program. This innovative 8-week program is designed to enhance leadership skills, accelerate professional progression, and improve workplace performance, leading to the CMI international professional certification.
Participants will discover two core units – Principles of Leadership and Managing Change – acquiring practical skills for leading and successfully implementing changes within their organizations, while through interactive lectures they will develop the mindset, tools, and confidence needed to manage transformations at a behavioral, organizational, and cultural level.
The program is aimed at executives, team leaders, and aspiring leaders. It is designed for professionals who wish to develop their leadership mindset and skills and improve their ability to manage teams and projects.
This collaboration is a significant milestone for management education in Greece, providing professionals from all sectors with access to an internationally recognized professional certification in management and leadership from established experts.
To celebrate this new collaboration, HMC is hosting an Open Day on Thursday, November 20, at its facilities in Piraeus and online. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the program, meet the trainers, and discover how the CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management & Leadership can upgrade their leadership skills and professional practice.
