The Port Authority of Santos (APS), the company responsible for the public infrastructure of the Port of Santos, closed the third quarter of 2025 with solid results and steady operational performance.
“The data points to a growth trajectory, reflecting efficient management, the continuous advancement of port operations, and strong value generation during the quarter,” stated Júlio Cezar Alves de Oliveira, Director of Administration and Finance of APS, who is serving as the company’s interim president.
Highlights of the period include net revenue of USD 96.3 million, an increase of 25.9% compared to the third quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to USD 48.3 million, an increase of 13.3%, and net income totaled USD 24.5 million.
In the cumulative period for 2025, APS maintained its growth pace. Net revenue reached USD 264.1 million (a 17.8% increase), adjusted EBITDA reached USD 147.2 million (15.1% higher than the same period in 2024), and net profit was USD 53.5 million.
Considering only the recurring performance of the first nine months of the year, the figures reinforce the sustainability of APS’s results. Recurring net revenue was USD 232.4 million (+3.7%); recurring adjusted EBITDA, USD 138.4 million (+8.1%); adjusted EBITDA margin, 59.5% (+2.4%); recurring net income of USD 119.9 million (+22.1%) and recurring operating income which reached USD 181.8 million.
APS reported that the recurring results are said to demonstrate the company’s structural solidity.
