Circle Group has announced, on the occasion of the Business Meeting Container Italy, the launch of what has been defined as the “Milos 9.0 Win Win Service Ecosystem” developed to ensure full compliance with the Infrastructure Decree Law (DL 73/2025) and to support all supply chain actors in the integrated and automated management of processes related to loading and unloading times and any related compensation.

“Milos 9.0 Win Win – explains Circle – was created as a concrete response, offering an interoperable environment capable of collecting, certifying, and comparing data from the different actors (industry, shipping, road transport, and intermodal logistics nodes) enabling transparent management of compensation and a significant reduction of any disputes. The platform guarantees the automation of demurrage and compensation calculations, full integration with Erp, Wms, Tms, Tos, Pcs and Gate Management Systems, and certified traceability according to eIdas logic and standards, thus ensuring legal certainty, complete digital evidence, and an indisputable audit trail”.

The company also explains that, “thanks to integration with the Milos platforms, primarily Milos Tap (Transport Appointment Platform), Milos Tfp (Transport Federative Platform), KMaster as well as standard APIs towards all actors, the Milos 9.0 Win Win ecosystem allows for a fluid, reliable, and compliant management of operational times, supporting each operator in their responsibilities: from the /client, who consolidates information and tries to prevent inefficiencies and anticipates operational instructions, to the freight forwarder who coordinates flows, to the road haulier who receives updates in real time and digitally records times, up to the intermodal logistics nodes (ports, airports, freight villages and terminals) in the chain tasked with providing the actual access and handling data”.

This new ecosystem is born as an advanced collaborative platform, designed to optimize logistics and transport processes. The goal is to create an integrated system capable of predicting and analyzing data to anticipate critical scenarios and potential bottlenecks, as well as correcting, suggesting, and implementing the necessary actions in real time, supporting the execution of operational decisions. In addition to this, it serves as a collaborative platform that virtually connects all actors in the supply chain (for example, ports and carriers), fostering efficient, coordinated, and shared synchromodal management of goods transport.

“With Milos9.0 Win Win we offer the supply chain a tool fully compliant with the new regulatory framework, capable of guaranteeing data certainty, operational efficiency and protection for all actors,” emphasized the CEO of Circle Group, Luca Abatello. “We are particularly pleased to present it today at Container Italy, a fundamental event for the sector, because it represents the ideal context to highlight the value of a truly ‘win-win’ model. Digitalization and interoperability become central levers for a more transparent, reactive, and sustainable supply chain. This launch represents a significant step in the implementation of the ‘Connect 4 Agile Growth’ industrial plan and confirms Circle’s role as a reference technology partner for the transformation of land and intermodal logistics”.
