Recently, Haixi Heavy Machinery, a subsidiary of CSSC Wuhan Marine Machinery Co., Ltd., successfully signed a 50T gantry crane project with Jiangnan Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd.

Jiangnan Shipbuilding is a large modern shipbuilding enterprise under CSSC, holding a significant position and influence in the field of shipbuilding. Also a unit under China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC), Haixi Heavy Machinery is the group’s unit specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of hoisting machinery. For this project, Haixi Heavy Machinery conducted design optimizations based on user requirements and the /foggy operational environment of the user’s dock. This included upgrading the lighting system and configuring a high-precision moment limiter, full mechanism limit devices, a wind speed indicator, an anti-wind anti-slip system, and a safety monitoring system. Implementing multi-dimensional safety protection—from emergency protection to real-time monitoring, and from passive defense to active warning—not only enhanced the operational safety of the equipment but also improved the user’s on-site working environment and further increased the efficiency of the user’s lifting operations.

This signing is both another important achievement for Haixi Heavy Machinery in expanding the high-end equipment market within the group, and a vivid practice of implementing CSSC’s group-wide “one game” concept, promoting synergistic coordination of internal resources, and achieving complementary advantages. Haixi Heavy Machinery will always adhere to a user demand-oriented approach, fully leverage its professional strengths, provide solid support for the research, development, manufacturing, and renovation of shipyard cranes for CSSC member units, and contribute to building a world-class shipbuilding group.
