On November 25, the 714th Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC) officially signed a cooperation framework agreement with CSSC International Engineering Co., Ltd. (the 602nd Design & Research Institute).
A delegation led by Zhang Xinxue, Director of the 714th Research Institute, visited CSSC International Engineering Company. The two sides held in-depth discussions on deepening internal collaboration and exploring pathways for cooperation in multiple fields. Yang Wenwu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CSSC International Engineering Company, attended the signing ceremony. Chang Yu, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager, and Ren Huichao, Party Committee Member and Deputy Director of the 714th Research Institute, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
This cooperation focuses on key areas including energy conservation and carbon reduction, cultural communication, engineering construction, and data intelligence, establishing a clear framework for the two parties to collaboratively promote the implementation of internal group company projects, expand markets, and apply technological innovations.
Yang Wenwu welcomed the visit of Director Zhang Xinxue and his delegation. He pointed out that as an important platform for the engineering construction sector of the group company, the 602nd Design & Research Institute has been deeply involved in the industry for sixty years, establishing a “2+2+N” strategic layout, and possesses solid technology and extensive business in fields such as consulting and design, engineering procurement and construction (EPC), and new energy construction. He also provided a detailed introduction to the company’s future plans and core capability layout.
Zhang Xinxue highly recognized the development achievements of the 602nd Design & Research Institute. He emphasized that the 714th Research Institute is committed to building a world-class think tank, with comprehensive service capabilities in strategic research and consulting, data intelligence, cultural communication, and other fields. He noted that the technical accumulation in areas such as green energy conservation and digital-intelligent transformation is highly aligned with the business of the 602nd Design & Research Institute.
Both parties agreed that this cooperation is a concrete practice of thoroughly implementing the new development philosophy, responding to the group company’s creation of the “Five Values,” and enhancing systemic thinking. They expressed the hope to uphold the principle of “mutual benefit and resource sharing,” deeply integrate technical resources and business needs, establish a regular communication and collaboration mechanism, achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefit, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the group company.
