Fincantieri will supply the Italian Navy with a support vessel offering high operational versatility, including underwater operations, according to the company.
The vessel’s configuration and available spaces are designed to enable rapid adaptation for multiple missions. The unit is scheduled for refitting at the Group’s Palermo shipyard, where it will be transformed into an advanced platform integrated into the national capability system.
