Helm Operations reached 400 clients and over 10,000 vessels and assets running on Helm Connect worldwide, becoming a widely adopted operations and maintenance platform in the maritime industry across the towing, offshore support, passenger vessel, barge, dredging, and other specialized service segments.

As more operators in more verticals adopt the platform, it increasingly becomes the connective layer that fleets rely on to standardize, optimize, and scale their daily operations.

“This milestone is not just about hitting a number; it reflects the trust operators across different sectors of the industry place in us. From high-frequency passenger operations to complex offshore support and everything in between, customers choose Helm because it delivers reliability, consistency, and clarity across their fleets,” said James Wadsworth, CEO of Helm Operations.

Recent projects, such as the fleet-wide crew dispatch modernization for Washington State Ferries, demonstrate how large, complex organizations turn to Helm for mission-critical operating systems that need to scale smoothly and perform under pressure.

“With more customers relying on Helm Connect every day, we are focused on building the next generation of tools to help fleets operate smarter and more efficiently. From deeper integrations to predictive insights and smart automations, the future of fleet management is connected and user-centric, and we are excited to help our customers achieve it,” added Wadsworth.

Helm Connect is now used daily in over 35 countries, powering asset management, safety programs, crewing, dispatch, regulatory compliance, and operational workflows on thousands of vessels and shore-side equipment.
