Hengli Heavy Industry Receives 200 Million Yuan in Government Subsidy Funds

On February 2, Hengli Heavy Industry’s listed entity *ST Songfa announced that its subsidiary Hengli Shipbuilding (Dalian) Co., Ltd. received government subsidy funds totaling 200 million yuan related to assets on February 2, 2026.

This is the first government subsidy disclosed by Hengli Shipbuilding in 2026. In 2025, Hengli Shipbuilding received a total of 6 government subsidies, amounting to 827 million yuan, on June 4, June 17, July 19, August 12, October 24, and November 25, 2025, with subsidy amounts of 30 million yuan, 120 million yuan, 260 million yuan, 330 million yuan, 60 million yuan, and 27 million yuan respectively.

In 2025, Hengli Heavy Industry cumulatively signed new shipbuilding orders for 115 vessels, valued at over 100 billion yuan. Against the backdrop of such strong orders in 2025, Hengli Heavy Industry’s listed entity *ST Songfa announced on January 30, 2026, that it expects the full-year 2025 net profit attributable to the parent company to be between 2.4 billion yuan and 2.7 billion yuan, achieving a turnaround from loss to profit; it expects operating revenue to be between 20 billion yuan and 22 billion yuan.

As of February 2, 2026, Hengli Heavy Industry has secured 16+2 new shipbuilding orders from domestic and international shipowners, covering the three major ship type markets of tankers, bulk carriers, and container ships, including 1 bulk carrier, 10 Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs), 1 LR2 /product oil tanker, and 4+2 container ships.
