KEZAD Group signed a lease agreement with ROX Motor to establish one of the Middle East’s first advanced AI vehicle manufacturing centres at KEZAD Logistics Park in Abu Dhabi.
The 10,000-square-meter facility will begin operations in the second half of 2026.
ROX aims to reach an annual production capacity of 300,000 vehicles by 2030. The project could contribute up to 10% to the UAE’s Operation 300Bn industrial strategy.
The facility will support vehicle production and exports across the Middle East and international markets using AI-driven manufacturing technologies.
Located in KEZAD Musaffah, the site will benefit from multimodal logistics access, industrial infrastructure, and regional trade connectivity.
According to KEZAD, the agreement supports Abu Dhabi’s broader push to attract advanced manufacturing and strengthen non-oil industrial growth.
ROX said the project will help expand its presence in the luxury all-terrain SUV segment across the UAE and wider MENA region while supporting its global expansion plans.
The agreement also reflects growing demand for industrial infrastructure in Abu Dhabi as the UAE accelerates economic diversification and manufacturing investment.
