The overall construction progress of Phase II of the Jiangsu Yada Nantong Rudong Base has reached 60%, with completion and commencement of operations expected in September 2026. This project is Phase II of the marine equipment manufacturing base developed by Yada Green Energy Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of RMB 3 billion (approximately $441 million).

According to public information, the Yada Green Energy Marine Equipment Manufacturing Base is invested and constructed by Yada Green Energy Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of RMB 3 billion and covering an area of 660 mu (approximately 440,000 square meters). It is located in Yangkou Port Economic Development Zone, Rudong County, Nantong, Jiangsu Province. It is Yada Green Energy’s first high-end marine equipment manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta region, and mainly engages in the design, manufacturing and installation services of marine supporting equipment, marine engineering equipment and key supporting systems for marine engineering.

The Yada Green Energy Marine Equipment Manufacturing Base is being constructed in three phases. Upon completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of marine engineering equipment.

On September 23, 2024, the first phase of the Yada Green Energy Marine Equipment Manufacturing Base, with a total investment of RMB 500 million, broke ground. On April 25, 2025, the first phase was completed and put into operation, and the second phase commenced construction, achieving a seamless connection between the two phases.

Under the project specifications, Phase I of Yada Green Energy Marine Equipment Manufacturing Base focuses primarily on marine equipment, covering an area of 100 mu, with an annual production capacity of 6,500 tons of stainless steel trapezoidal sheets and 3,000 tons of stainless steel pipe sections.

Phase II of the project focuses on high-end offshore engineering and clean energy equipment. Covering an area of 160 mu, it will, upon commencement of operations, establish an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of ship and offshore engineering modules, as well as 6,000 tons of high-grade austenitic and duplex stainless steel seamless and welded pipes for ship and offshore equipment.

It will upgrade the facility’s capabilities from producing small-scale pipe systems and skids to manufacturing large-tonnage pipe racks and modules for FPSOs and FLNGs; it will also upgrade the manufacturing chain for ultra-thick, ultra-high-pressure stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, and nickel-based alloy pipes, establishing an intelligent, flexible production line that integrates all four stages—from pipe manufacturing, fittings, prefabrication, to pipe rack assembly.

According to data, Yada Green Energy Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was established in May 2024 with a registered capital of 150 million yuan. Headquartered in Rudong County, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Yada Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Yada Green Energy).
