Maersk announced the launch of a peak season service connecting Vietnam and South Korea with the U.S. West Coast.

According to what the Danish shipping company indicated, this is the Transpacific Loader (TPX) route, which “will provide greater flexibility to meet our customers’ demand during the peak season.”

According to the maritime company, its first eastbound loading port will be Vung Tau with the scheduled departure on June 9, 2026. Meanwhile, westbound, it will begin in Long Beach on July 7, 2026.
