On June 28, the 94-seat tourist passenger vessel “Lu Tai An You 0357” of Xineng Shipbuilding successfully launched. This is the second vessel in Xineng Shipbuilding’s Dongping Lake cruise ship order. Based on the mature construction experience of the first 260-passenger cruise ship, it fully implements the innovative process of indoor closed-loop outfitting, marking the company’s dual breakthrough in process upgrading and product iteration in the field of inland river cultural tourism vessel construction, injecting new momentum into the upgrading of regional waterway cultural tourism formats.
The vessel is also tailor-made for the navigation environment of Dongping Lake waters. It has an overall length of 29 meters and an overall width of 7.5 meters, adopting a catamaran, single bottom, single deck, and double-deck superstructure design. It is classed with China Classification Society (CCS), designed for inland river navigation area B, with a rated capacity of 94 passengers and a crew of 5. It features a high-transparency panoramic viewing cabin layout, combined with a low-noise, stable optimized hull design, offering excellent sightseeing experience, reliable safety protection capabilities, and superior waterway seaworthiness, fully meeting the core navigation needs of passenger transfer and leisure sightseeing in Dongping Lake waters.
