Recently, the repair project of the ocean-going fishing vessels “Fuyuan Fishery 7889” and “Fuyuan Fishery 7641” undertaken by the Ship Repair Division of Mawei Shipbuilding under Fujian Shipbuilding was successfully completed, and the vessels were delivered and left the yard on schedule.
This repair covered underwater hull plating coating, deck machinery maintenance, and special maintenance of core systems such as bottom sea valves, rudder system, and shaft system. The entire construction process adopted professional techniques such as flame heating disassembly and liquid nitrogen freezing assembly. Key components underwent simultaneous flaw detection inspection, and valves and filters completed disassembly maintenance, seal replacement, and tightness testing. For the rudder system operations, both vessels completed integral lifting and disassembly of rudder blades, lifting lug reinforcement, special disassembly and assembly of rudder stock connecting bolts, and commissioning of the steering gear hydraulic system. After completion of the rudder system, utility tests were carried out item by item, strictly controlling repair quality throughout the entire process.
In the next step, the Ship Repair Division will continue to deepen cooperation with various fishery enterprises, expand full-dimensional ship repair service capabilities, and continue to win customer trust with stable and reliable repair quality.
