The passage areas within the limits of Tuen Mun Typhoon Shelter, Kwun Tong Typhoon Shelter, Hei Ling Chau Typhoon Shelter and Shau Kei Wan Typhoon Shelter [have been] adjusted.
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Merchant Shipping (Local Vessels)(Typhoon Shelters) Regulation (Cap. 548E), the Director of Marine has set aside the area shown in grey colour in the plans numbered 2022MAR012, 2022MAR013, 2022MAR014 and 2022MAR015 dated 31 January 2023 as the passage areas in Tuen Mun Typhoon Shelter, Kwun Tong Typhoon Shelter, Hei Ling Chau Typhoon Shelter and Shau Kei Wan Typhoon Shelter respectively.
The plans are available for inspection in the office of the Marine Department on request. They can also be inspected on the Department’s website
