Indonesian shipping company Andhika Lines has signed a deal with Veson Nautical to implement its IMOS Platform. Such a move is aimed at streamlining chartering, operations, and finance under one system and marks a step forward in the company’s digital transformation.
Veson Nautical, a global provider of maritime data and freight management solutions, announced a new partnership with Indonesia’s Andhika Lines to implement its IMOS Platform. The adoption of the system is intended to unify the shipping company’s chartering, operations, and finance functions, which have previously been managed in separate systems.
The agreement is an important move in Andhika Lines’ digital transformation. The company expects the platform to reduce manual work, improve coordination, and support faster decision-making by consolidating information into one environment.
“As our business evolves, we need systems that reflect the realities we operate in—fast-moving markets, complex voyages, and the unique demands of this region,” said Sylvia Panghuriany, Financial Controller of Andhika Lines. “IMOS will bring greater clarity and cohesion to our operations, empowering our teams to act with speed and confidence.”

The IMOS Platform provides end-to-end visibility across the full lifecycle of a voyage, from freight contracts and planning through execution and financial reconciliation. According to Andhika, this was a key factor in choosing Veson.
“We chose Veson’s IMOS Platform because we were looking for a one-platform system that allowed seamless integration across chartering, operations, financials, and analytics,” Panghuriany said. “We wanted a future-ready platform that also enabled easy integration with other applications that can scale and adapt as we navigate our digital transformation journey.”
For Veson Nautical, the deal reflects both its growing presence in Asia-Pacific and its strategy to deliver maritime solutions that meet local and regional challenges.
“Engaging with Andhika through the early stages of this partnership has been incredibly constructive,” said Giftson Eliyesar, Director of Commercial Operations, APAC at Veson Nautical. “We aligned around a mutual understanding and a shared vision for smarter maritime operations, and we are thrilled to support their transformation.”
Bradley Jee, Vice President, APAC at Veson Nautical, called the agreement a significant step for both companies. “This is an exciting moment as we begin our journey with Andhika Lines. Their ambition to modernize operations aligns closely with our mission to drive digitalization across the global maritime supply chain,” he said. The partnership shows a broader industry shift toward digital platforms that integrate operational and financial functions. This allows shipping companies to respond more quickly to volatile market conditions.
