On August 28, Ansteel Yingkou Port Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Foreign Affairs Service Center Co., Ltd. formally signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Yingkou, Liaoning. Meanwhile, Shenyang Foreign Affairs Service Center Co., Ltd., a specialized local state-owned enterprise in human resources outsourcing services under Shengjing Asset Management Group, along with other human resources outsourcing service business segments of the group, has deep experience in the human resources service field for over twenty years. It has provided professional services to more than 300 enterprises in over 50 countries and regions, possessing rich management experience and talent resources.
