The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure is launching a tender for the transfer of the operating rights of the Antalya Regional Service Area guidance service.
The tender will be conducted under the provisions of Law No. 4046 through the negotiation method based on the incremental share ratio of 20% and will be finalized using the open auction method.
To participate in the tender, it is mandatory to purchase the tender documents, which include the tender specifications, annexes, and draft contract.
The sale price of the tender documents has been set at 20,000 TL.
Real and legal persons who purchase the tender documents, as well as JVs (joint venture groups), may apply for the tender. Investment funds may apply for the tender as part of a JV, but the JV cannot consist entirely of investment funds.
When collecting the tender documents in person, it is mandatory to provide a Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address.
Applicants who receive the tender documents must submit the tender application file, containing all required application documents specified in the tender specifications, to the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs in person before the final application date and time. Applications by mail will not be accepted.
The final application date for the tender has been announced as September 15 at 15:00.
Applicants who submit a tender application must be present at the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs on September 17 at 10:00 for the opening of the application documents submitted to the Administration by the Tender Commission in the presence of the applicants.
The provisional guarantee amount for the tender has been set at 323,000 TL.
