Bruton Limited announced the completion of final contracts between its wholly owned subsidiary, Andes Tankers III Ltd., and New Times Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. for two new scrubber-fitted VLCC vessels, with options for two additional vessels.
The agreement follows a letter of intent signed on 20 October 2025.
The two firm vessels are scheduled for delivery between the fourth quarter of 2028 and the second quarter of 2029. If Andes Tankers III exercises the options before 31 December 2025, the additional vessels are expected to be delivered between the third and fourth quarters of 2029.
All vessels are designed with the option to be converted to LNG dual fuel readiness.
