A new report by maritime innovation agency Thetius has named Bernhard Schulte, Maersk, and Mitsui OSK Lines as some of the world’s most innovative shipping companies.
The Thetius 150 aims to showcase the most innovative organisations across the maritime industry. From over 2,700 candidate organisations that are developing new technologies for the industry, Thetius has produced a definitive list of the 150 that are having the biggest impact.
The Thetius Maritime 150 list is split into four sections:
“Our aim is to showcase the work of the organisations around the world that are pushing the industry forward, whether they are suppliers or customers, big or small, venture-funded or bootstrapped, commercial or not for profit,” said Nick Chubb, managing director of Thetius. “To make the list we produced a data-driven ranking system based on thousands of product announcements, start-up investments, partnerships, acquisitions, grant funding and contract awards captured by the Thetius Intelligence platform.”
