At about 1825 on October 31, the bulk carrier CAPE BRILLIANCE collided with the fishing vessel Suqiyu 05108 (position: 30°49’N123°17’E) in the East China Sea. The accident led to the sinking of the Suqiyu 05108, with 14 people falling into the water. As of 10 a.m. on November 1, a total of 3 people have been rescued and 11 people are still missing.
