CMA CGM improves Batam island connections with BSX shuttle service and new office

CMA CGM Indonesia announces the launch of Batam Singapore Xpress (BSX), its newest shuttle service linking Batam directly to Singapore and connecting with all CMA CGM Group services.
Key highlights of BSX include two departures per week for greater flexibility and seamless global connectivity via Singapore to major markets worldwide; one-stop-shop experience offering hassle-free documentation, customs, and intermodal solutions; and a dedicated local team in Batam providing specialised expertise and support.
First service is expected to sail from Batam on 27 August.
To better support its clients’ requirements, CMA CGM has also opened a new office in Batam, where it says its team of experts in shipping and logistics is ready to provide fast and personalised service.
