C Transport Maritime SAM (CTM) announced that Luigi Pulcini, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), after a distinguished career contributing to the company’s growth and management, left his position to Thomas Huge-Christensen, with the mission of optimizing the company’s operations and financial strategy, ensuring the company is well positioned to achieve its long-term objectives.
Pulcini was a key figure at CTM for over 20 years, leading the finance team and managing financial strategies that have strengthened the company’s position in the maritime sector. His dedication, network of contacts, and expertise were crucial in guiding the company and contributing to its success over the years.
Thomas Huge-Christensen joined the firm with over 20 years of extensive experience in high-level financial positions in the shipping infrastructure and energy sectors. His previous roles in prominent organizations, such as AP Moller-Maersk and Gaslog Ltd., have provided him with valuable perspective and deep knowledge of the industry landscape.
The executive holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Copenhagen. He has expanded his expertise by taking executive-level courses at Harvard Business School.

The company’s Chairman, John Michael Radziwill, commented on the announcement of Luigi’s resignation. “He has been a fundamental member of the CTM family since we opened our doors. He has also been a respected mentor and friend, providing guidance and support that have touched everyone who has been part of our CTM family over the years. We will greatly miss his presence in the office.”
Upon accepting the role of Chief Financial Officer, Huge-Christensen stated that “it is an honor for me to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer at C Transport Maritime and consolidate the solid foundation that Luigi established. Before departing from CTM, Luigi Pulcini said that “my journey has been long and exciting; however, the time has come to disembark.”
