Exploring the efforts Iranian maritime industry stakeholders in the field of research, education and technology to improve the industry in international arena, is the crux of an E-Book titled ‘Green Maritime Technologies’, authored by Maritime Researcher and Lecturer, Reza M Alibeike.
“This ebook is the result of four years of my study and research in the field of education, research and green or environmentally friendly technologies with a focus on the international maritime transport industry,” said Reza in a conversation with Sea News.
“Studying the objectives of these measures and comparing with that in developed countries, identifying and evaluating shortcomings and finding solutions to achieve the desired position to strengthen Iran’s role in the world maritime industry, has been my objective behind this book,” he added.
The book comes with a variety of topics pertaining to shipping and maritime industry in form of 400 pages with attractive images and effective texts. “This book’s title and in the form of this type of format (image and text) has been prepared for the first time in Iran,” said Reza.
All the images used in this book have been designed by the author and an attempt has been made to convey the subjects to the audience with the most attractive colors and texts.
“I hope that reading the contents of this e-book by the officials will strengthen the role and position of the Iranian maritime industry in the international arena more than before and in the shortest possible time,” he concluded.
