Edda Wind’s service operation vessel Edda Goelo was launched 15 July 2022 at Astilleros Balenciaga in Spain
Edda Goelo will commence operations on behalf of Siemens Gamesa at Iberdrola’s Saint-Brieuc offshore windfarm Q3 2023.
Edda Wind has a newbuild programme of eight vessels in addition to Edda Breeze, which was delivered in May 2022, and Edda Passat and Edda Mistral, delivered 2018. Balenciaga will deliver the first of these SOVs, Edda Brint in August.
Edda Goelo has a five-year contract with Siemens Gamesa for the Saint Brieuc windfarm, staring mid-2023.
