ESVAGT has selected Spinergie’s Smart Fleet Management solution to improve digital reporting across its service operation vessels. The move aims to reduce administrative workload for crews while ensuring compliance with growing client reporting demands.
Offshore support operator ESVAGT has chosen Spinergie’s Smart Fleet Management (SFM) solution to streamline digital reporting across its fleet of nine service operation vessels. The decision comes as offshore wind operators face rising demands from clients for more transparent and detailed reporting.
The Danish company, which pioneered the SOV concept in 2010 and now operates primarily in the North Sea, will use SFM to simplify and automate key reporting processes. The solution offers crews a digital reporting interface on tablets, with fields automatically populated from onboard systems such as GPS navigation and weather instruments. Built-in quality checks at the point of entry aim to reduce errors and eliminate the need for rework.
A planned next phase of integration will incorporate fuel sensor data into the reporting process, providing more accurate information on consumption and supporting ESVAGT’s emissions reduction strategies.
The goal is to make reporting more efficient for crews while equipping the company with reliable data for compliance and performance improvement. “We have been met by Spinergie’s very professional team who truly values our feedback and works towards delivering strong, collaborative results,” said Dennis Bjørn Krog-Meyer, CFO of ESVAGT. “The implementation phase has been surprisingly smooth, and we appreciate Spinergie’s dedicated assistance. We were very comfortable and excited to work together for this collaboration.”
Spinergie said the solution is designed not just to simplify data entry, but also to improve communication across ESVAGT’s organization. “SFM enables ESVAGT’s onshore staff and onboard crews to communicate and align more effectively,” said Louis Jozon, CPO and Co-founder of Spinergie. “Most importantly, SFM is helping them streamline their reporting process, allowing them to focus on what matters most: safe and efficient maritime support.”
Spinergie, based in Paris, develops digital platforms focused on emissions reduction, vessel performance, and optimization of marine operations. Its technology leverages millions of data points and proprietary algorithms to deliver customized recommendations.ESVAGT, founded in 1981, operates more than 40 vessels and employs around 1,100 people offshore and onshore. The company serves the offshore wind sector as well as oil and gas markets, with a fleet that includes service operation vessels, emergency response and rescue vessels, and specialized offshore support ships.
