Trieste – Eugenio Santagata is the new director of the Military Ships Division of Fincantieri. He succeeds Dario Deste, who leaves the position due to retirement after a long career in the group and will continue to collaborate with the CEO to oversee the development of activities in the United States. “We welcome Eugenio Santagata in a strategic role for the future of our group,” commented Pierroberto Folgiero, CEO and General Manager of Fincantieri. “His profile combines solid experience in the defense sector with an international commercial vision. A set of skills that will be key to addressing the global challenges ahead. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dario Deste for his great contribution over many years of responsibility within the group.”
