Everest Re has continued the expansion of its marine team ahead of a launch into the class in London. Insurance Insider reports that senior class underwriter (marine hull) Edward Carpenter and class underwriter (marine hull) Benjamin Ewen, have joined from Talbot AIG.
Ewen had been at Talbot Underwriting for more than 12 years, since September 2012 as a class underwriter in marine hull and war.
The news follows another departure recently reported from Talbot AIG, with Hugo Lewis (class underwriter, marine hull) moving to Fidelis.
