Passenger ro-ro ship FAST CAT M20 ran aground some 4.5 nm north of Tubigon harbor, Bohol island, Philippines, at around 0500 LT (UTC +8) Dec 23, while en scheduled trip from Cebu to Tubigon. There were 289 passengers and ro-ro cargo on board. Hal of passengers were evacuated, ferry was refloated at around 1300 LT, safely reached Tubigon. No leak reported.
