It was learned from Quanzhou Customs that from January to September, Quanzhou Customs supervised a total of 124,300 TEUs of foreign trade containers, a year-on-year increase of 25.77%. Among them, the growth rates in July, August, and September were 53.74%, 21.95%, and 38.46% year-on-year, respectively.
To promote the expansion of port opening, Quanzhou Customs supports the opening of new foreign trade container routes, optimizes inspection procedures, and continuously advances facilitation models such as “advanced declaration” and “direct loading upon arrival,” making every effort to ensure port safety and smooth operation, orderly cargo clearance, and to boost the high-quality development of Quanzhou’s port economy. Currently, Quanzhou Port has a total of 15 foreign trade container routes, reaching 18 cities (regions) including Singapore, Jakarta, Surabaya Port, Port Klang, Incheon, etc.
