The reporter learned that this China-Europe Arctic Express Route launched by Seajack Shipping is Fujian Province’s first direct “Ice Silk Road” Arctic Express route to Europe. The entire journey takes only 19 days, which is 7 days faster than the China-Europe Railway Express and more than 20 days faster than the traditional Suez Canal route. This is a key measure for Fujian Province to open up a new maritime logistics channel to European ports.
This route provides customized express shipping services for enterprises in the Fuzhou Port hinterland exporting to Europe. It also offers a convenient and efficient logistics solution for the upcoming China-Europe Christmas trade season and the raw material supply for related European industries such as chemicals and building materials.
The route covers major Chinese ports including Dalian, Qingdao, Shanghai, Fuzhou, and Ningbo, and goes directly to core European hubs such as Felixstowe (UK), Rotterdam (Netherlands), Hamburg (Germany), and Gdańsk (Poland), comprehensively connecting the key nodes of China-Europe trade and economic activities.
It is reported that Seajack Shipping has designated the Jiangyin Port Area of Fuzhou Port as the only port of call in Fujian Province for this route, opening a “Polar Shortcut” to Europe for enterprises in the Fuzhou Port hinterland and allowing more inland manufacturing enterprises to share the time-efficiency benefits of the Arctic route.
